Many scams begin with a caller claiming to be from your bank. They ask you to install a “support” app. That app lets them watch your screen, read your codes and move your money. FATORI is built to stop this.
FATORI scans every installed app against a signed list of remote-control, screen-mirroring and stalkerware apps. The scan runs on your phone and the results stay there.
While the Shield is on, known remote-control apps cannot reach the internet. Nobody can use them to see or control your phone.
If a remote-control app is installed while you are on a call, FATORI shows a full-screen warning: if someone on a call asked you to do this, it is a scam.

Known remote-access apps are cut off from the internet while the Shield is on.
One button cuts all app internet access if you think someone is inside your phone right now. Calls and SMS keep working.

FATORI has no account and asks for no phone number or email. Scan results, alerts and your vault stay on your device. The only thing the app downloads is the signed risk list, over HTTPS, from servers hosted with Infomaniak in Switzerland.
